About the Event
This week's hike is a great one for beginners! We will do the Flintridge loop. The loop is approximately 1.5 miles and we'll go at an easy pace. Bring water and hiking poles or canes as needed for balance.Â
We'll explore this trail as a supported hike that includes a guide to provide you with a dynamic warmup, trail facts, post-hike stretching, and healthy hiking tips.
