Essential yoga flow for hikers

Long and multi-day hikes can leave you feeling stiff and sore. A yoga flow sequence provides the perfect dynamic warmup before you strap on your backpack, or a nice relaxing stretch after a day on the trail.

The following sequence hits the whole body, but primarily the muscles that give hikers trouble: the low back, glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. Basic enough for beginners, this flow gives veterans an opportunity for a deep stretch and active warmup.
